About The Florida Tax Moot Court
The Florida Tax Moot Court Team, a student-led organization within the Levin College of Law, provides advanced advocacy training to second and third-year J.D. students, as well as J.D./LL.M. and LL.M. Taxation candidates. A competitive try-out, featuring rigorous written and oral advocacy assessments, selects team members each fall. These teams, formed in pairs or trios, represent the University of Florida at prestigious national and international tax moot court competitions. Thanks to the generous support of the Levin College of Law and its Tax LL.M. Program, the team has a long-standing tradition of achieving significant awards and gaining invaluable experience before prominent judges and practitioners.
