About The Forty Project
The Forty Project was born out of a doctoral project with a bold vision: to equip churches and denominational leaders to navigate ministry in a post-Christendom world. Rooted in the biblical significance of “forty” as a season of testing, transformation, and renewal, we guide churches through moments of uncertainty- whether that means revitalizing, reimagining, transitioning, or closing well. ◽️Why We Exist: The landscape of the Church is shifting. Leaders are facing unprecedented challenges, and too many are doing it alone. We exist to walk with them- offering clarity, strategy, and hope for what’s next. ◽️The Crisis: Each year, more than 3,500 churches in the U.S. close their doors. Many could have found a better way forward with the right guidance and support. ◽️Our Approach: We combine expert consulting, pastoral coaching, and accessible education to help churches clarify their mission, discern their future, make courageous and informed decisions, and transition with integrity and vision. Whether you're leading a struggling congregation, navigating a leadership change, or facing big questions about your church’s future, we’re here to help. ✉️ Reach out to explore how we can support your journey.
