The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) is a subsidiary of DVV Media International HR Group, that unites the worldwide global mobility community via an online news and information portal and annual calendar of international events. The FEM organizes four large conferences and networking exhibitions and three award ceremonies in the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions, plus over one hundred small seminars and meetings worldwide. FEM is the worldwide community that brings all sides of the Global Mobility industry together. The FEM is both an online and physical community of Global Mobility professionals united in one aim: supporting international assignees wherever they are posted. FEM hold regular networking Chapter Meetings in over 40 locations globally. In addition to these monthly meetings, industry members also have the opportunity to meet across 8 major international events (Global Mobility Summits) with the climax each year being our annual Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs) held in Americas, EMEA & APAC.
