Mr.Omer Manya introduced in Pakistan in 1999, assists partners in building and maintaining successful computer training and certification programs from Pre-Nursery to Grade 8 and then till O’ and A’ Levels.The Fourth R provides systems, resources, relationships and support to successfully implement computer education programs.
