About The Future Melting Pot
The Future Melting Pot (TFMP) is a Community Interest Company that works with young people aged 16-24 who are marginalised, disenfranchised and disaffected, to help develop their employability and life skills. We bring together the private, public and third sector to engage in projects to share information, resources and expertise to improve our local communities. More specifically, we are a conduit between organisations and the local communities. We are based in Nechells in Birmingham and have been in operation for eight years. TFMP are specialised in engaging with hard to reach young people aged 16-24, to provide them with a pipeline to employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. We have a track record of delivering successful events and programmes in some of Birmingham’s most deprived wards.
