About The GLA Trust
The GLA Trust is a community of schools created in 2013 and now comprises 11 primary schools in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Each of our schools is rooted in its community, while benefiting from being part of a wider, outward-looking trust. There are over 2,600 children aged between two to 11 in GLA schools. We have about 400 staff, whose success and wellbeing are a high priority for us. At The GLA Trust our aim is for every child to leave the Trust feeling proud and with a sense of confidence about their next steps. Proud to have achieved something with their unique talents and confident to develop those talent further in the next chapter of their education. Within the GLA we are united in the belief that all children deserve equity of education. Our consistent focus each day is to develop our people and direct our resources to that all children are safe, happy and can achieve their potential. We also believe in evidence-led education and are proud to be recognised as Gloucestershire Research School - one of just 33 EEF Research Schools in the UK.
