About The Glennie School
An Anglican day and boarding school, The Glennie School Toowoomba provides the foundations for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 to adapt and achieve, in this ever-changing world. At Glennie, we know that delivering excellent education doesn’t stop at reading, writing, and arithmetic. We focus on developing the whole student; intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our curriculum is designed to engage and inspire girls, developing a life-long love of learning in a caring and inclusive environment, grounded by Christian values within the Anglican ethos. We deliver programs that encourage the curiosity to explore, challenge thinking, and teach girls to analyse and evaluate information, enabling them to make informed decisions and choices. Our passionate and highly experienced educators work together with our families, supporting and empowering Glennie girls to be proud of who are they, building the resilience and confidence to reach their full potential. The Glennie School offers a rich and diverse range of co-curricular activities and first-class facilities in the areas of the Arts, Sport, IT and Science, shaping well-rounded girls who embrace life with integrity and confidence. We take great pride in creating a comfortable and private second home for our boarders from Years 6 - 12, to be able to feel capable to undertake all there is in and outside of school life, all within a vibrant and dynamic environment. At Glennie, your daughter will be inspired to become a considerate, self-assured, well-skilled young woman, ready to succeed in the real world. We will encourage her to find and develop her unique talents, empowering her to be All She Can Be. For more information or to book a personal tour of the school, contact our Registrar, Karen Morris on 07 4688 8807.
