About The Good Leader Academy

I’m Sarah and I’m a physiotherapist currently working as a Physiotherapy Head of Service for a large health board in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. Since qualifiying as a physiotherapist is 2005 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, I have undertaken several clinical, leadership and management roles within the NHS. Having gained a passion for developing others and services, I consolidated my experience and skills by completing a Masters in Healthcare Management, Prince2 Foundation and am currently undertaking ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring. My aim is my passion, to provide high quality, meaningful training opportunities that support anyone to become the best leader they can be. My courses are created by me, using my 10+ years of experience in the leadership arena and are aimed at developing leaders that are compassionate, authentic and real. The Good Leader Academy includes online & face to face courses, as well as opportunities to work directly with me through 1-2-1 coaching.
