About The Good Life Collective

We are a collection of companies in the greater baton Rouge Area under the leadership of the visionary, Wyatt Graves. The core attitude of The Collective is to be of service. Wyatt's is to be of service to his team and the team is charged with being of service to the clients. Inside The Collective, we have 2 real estate companies-- Kaizen Home Sales & Services and TGL Group. Kaizen means "To approach life with focus and continual improvement" -- and that is the attitude of everyone here. TGL Group is for independently branded realtors who are looking for autonomy in a brokerage while still being part of something bigger than themselves. We have an early childhood education center and daycare in Central, LA where Wyatt & his wife, Janae, are raising their children. This childcare facility is focused on preparing children for kindergarten while giving them lots of love and making parents feel a part of the process. Wyatt is also the podcast host of The Mentee. The Mentee is all about having great conversations about how to live the good life. The mission, values, and purpose of the Collective trickle over into all aspects of personal development and personal growth.
