The Goodnight Co. is an Australian based sleep solution company with a focus on providing education and support about the importance of sleep on health and wellness. Our business was founded in 2015, by Shea Morrison and Danielle Knight, with the idea to create a business that focuses purely on sleep and wellbeing. Together they have identified and developed effective, evidence-based ways to fall asleep, stay asleep and manage inevitable sleep disruptions. There is no one-size-fits all solution to getting better sleep, which is why The Goodnight Co. have created a range of products and services to support better sleep. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a notable change in how Australians work and their expectations within the workplace. With the rise of flexible working arrangements, increased need for sick days and altering expectation of better work/life balance, business owners are having to work harder than ever to support their employees within the workplace. That’s where our Corporate Wellness Sleep Workshops come in! We are now working with businesses of all sizes throughout Australia to help support their staff in their own wellness journey. The toll from the pandemic has had a lingering effect on workplaces, but it has also given business owners the opportunity to create a positive work environment for their employees.
