We also have customer florists who are responsible for customer satisfaction, display, and product sales in-store. Our delivery specialists are experts at handling flowers and, like the rest of the team, focused on customer service. Our fleet of chilled vans are very well maintained and always cooled at 5 to 7 degrees to ensure that our flowers arrive in the best possible condition. Our online business was established in 2015, and today allows our customers to order every day up until 3 PM for complimentary same-day flower delivery anywhere in Dubai. We have beautifully-designed fresh flower bouquets and arrangements to choose from, perfect for any occasion including anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine’s day, and more. We introduced the Gorgeous Club this year so that our customers can share in our success, earning Gorgeous Points on all of their purchases – online and in-store – that they can redeem for future purchases.
