We make snow cones for foodies, the all-natural, locally sourced, handcrafted way. What we offer is a reinvention of the classic childhood snack - the snow cone. Our flavors are lovingly created from scratch using natural cane sugar and fresh fruit & herbs, while leaving out all of the artificial sweeteners, flavors, dyes, and preservatives. We then take these 100% all-natural syrups and pour them over fluffy Hawaiian-Style shaved ice. Our pride is creating unique artisanal flavors that appeal to the foodies, but also offer several classic flavors for the traditionalists; and always do so in a way that features the best ingredients of each season, and from the best farmers in our area. We are a mobile event-based business serving our shaved ice at farmer's markets, festivals, weddings, birthday parties, company picnics, etc in the Austin-San Antonio corridoor.
