About Us Company owner John Reglein started The Graphic Edge in a small shop in Carroll, Iowa in July of 1989. John and two part-time employees worked hard to produce the best screen printed shirts for each and every customer. TGE was also one of the first screen printing companies to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – a promise we make to this day. That company-wide dedication to customer service and quality products has earned us an excellent reputation with teams and schools around the country. It has also allowed us to grow and expand many times over the years and add additional services, including embroidery, digital printing, applique, and laser etch, just to name a few. Today, we employ 230 people at our 78,000 square-foot facility in Carroll, IA. We have also recently acquired a Vermont-based screen printing, embroidery, and uniform company, which expands our nationwide sales force and increases our production capacity. Even after our unprecedented growth, The Graphic Edge remains a locally-owned, family business with the same commitment to producing high quality merchandise at a fair price.
