The Great Energy Movement is a nonprofit that aims to reshape this generation’s perspective on community, mental health and what it means to be human. We noticed a severe uptick in poor mental health among this generation; we believe it is linked to a significant decline in quality social interactions. The GEM steps in by providing innovative healing spaces for people to authentically express themselves, cultivate love for one another and shed light on inner wounds that could use some extra care. Our key community offering is 'Conversations in the Dark', a safe and judgement free zone that fosters connection by allowing open dialogue with the help of an anonymous Q&A system.
