About The Greek Farmer
We are the UK’s only Greek-influenced British charcuterie producer, crafting award-winning cured meats and salami on our farm in Hertfordshire. Our products are traditionally smoked in a walk-in smokehouse, ingeniously repurposed from a disused grain silo, where the original business idea was born. Founded by Tony Charalambides, whose Greek Cypriot roots inspire our recipes, we honour his father’s legacy using British free-range pork, grass-fed beef, time-honoured methods, and natural herbs and spices.
