Greenhouse has been inspired by the sustainability-health nexus that our food habits are faced with today. What is beneficial for you, and for the people who grow your food? What is beneficial for nature? Where do people and planet meet? Our mission is to address these questions with gusto and joy by providing you with fresh, organic, local, consciously-sourced, and plant-based produce and products. One of our core beliefs is that healthy and sustainably produced foods need to be made more accessible, which is why affordability is at the forefront of our purpose. Bye exclusivity. Moreover, socio-economic context is extremely important to us, as we attempt to embed ourselves in South Africa's as best we can, by delivering nature-friendly items that actively empower small-scale organic farmers and their communities. These farms focus not only on ecological regeneration, but on womxn empowerment - two things that seriously fuel the fire in our bellies! Part of our mission is working closely with our farmers to encourage perseverance for the longevity and preservation of their incredible endeavours.
