About The Green Mile Movement
TGMM is a men's health and fitness movement. We are veteran led and focus on redirecting the lives of men in a more positive direction. We believe that most personal growth is discovered outside of your comfort zone. Our motto Fortune Favours The Brave embody's this as we pursue discomfort and courage with purpose. We have our acquired our own hillside land and run a range of physical and skill based sessions, for free, for guys 15 and above from all backgrounds and ability. We are currently developing the training facility which is based on the hilly outskirts surrounding Cardiff, where we will continue to run free sessions for our members and organise large scale adventure obstacle races for the wider public. We are seeking sponsorship and assistance in reaching more people throughout the city with the aim of expanding outside of Wales and further afield.
