So our philosophy is that you cannot treat the body without the mind. Whilst food is the medicine, we know that 90% of WHAT, WHEN and WHY we eat is due to our mindset and gut-brain connection (or gut-brain axis). Here at The Green Mind, our experts are University qualified and trained in nutrition and dietetics as well as neuroscience and psychology. This means we can treat your body AND your mind as one. We offer consultation packages, personalised online coaching, resources, workshops, webinars and blog articles featuring cutting edge and evidence based nutrition, science and lifestyle hacks to optimise your body and mind. Diversity is what gives life colour and vibrancy, so we embrace differences. Our dietitians accept all body shapes and sizes, cultural or religious values and are LGBTQIA+ friendly. You also don’t need to be 100% plant-based, vegan or vegetarian to get support.
