The Grit Ninja is a dynamic new gym bringing a sense of fun and adventure to the fitness world through innovative "ninja warrior" based fitness! During each action-packed class, aspiring ninjas will climb, swing, jump and run on our ever-changing obstacle course design. No prior "ninja" experience is required - our coaches will be your guide as you tackle challenges that build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, self-confidence and, most importantly, GRIT! Classes are available for pre-schoolers through adults and offered at all fitness levels. We run kids classes, adult fitness classes, open gyms, and birthday parties. All classes are lead by our experienced coaches -- all of whom are competitors on the NBC Show American Ninja Warrior -- and can't wait to train the next generation of Ninjas!
