The GroupWorks, LLC founded in 2004 and based in Grafton, Massachusetts, is an educational consulting organization that supports groups in building the capacity to engage in deep and meaningful dialogue that makes a difference -- for schools, administrators, teachers and students. Working with educational groups and stakeholders, we develop their capacity to engage in collaborative inquiry, identify the right questions, and make connections between and among data, research and best practice. We assist them in exploring, not only the way they are thinking about their challenges, but also the way they are thinking about their potential solutions. The GroupWorks works with a variety of educational stakeholders including state departments of education, district and school level administrators and teacher leaders.
