The Grove was established in 2019, but the journey to its inception spans over 20 years and two continents. Hobe Sound’s casually upscale, go-to place was recently awarded one of only two Wine Spectator Awards on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Husband & wife sommelier team/owner-operators are on mission to carefully curate cuisine & culture by providing guests with world-class hospitality experiences. Jen and Luis are blessed to bring their international experience to their hometown with the creation of The Grove. Luis’ fine dining experience as a sommelier and wine director includes successes at the Bellagio and Aladdin Hotels in Las Vegas as well as acclaimed experience in wine from the Kendall Jackson luxury brands among many others. Jen received her Level One Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2019 and is a social media mentor and influencer at Word Traveling and coaches women in marketing and business through Shine Digital Marketing.
