The quality of our service is a direct result of the fact that each and every member of our staff truly enjoys childcare. Their educational, professional, and personal backgrounds reflect extensive experience and training in child development. Not only are most of the staff members parents themselves, but also almost all of The Growing Place staff has elementary education or early childhood education certification, or are working towards this goal. All lead teachers must have at least five years experience working with children. All staff are trained in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Preparedness! All staff will have a criminal history, child abuse clearance and FBI background check as well.
