This movement means everything. This isn’t just a logo or a name on a certificate! This is here to make a change. This is built on years of professional development, lived experience, late nights, emotional conversations,breakdowns and a deep knowing that things need to be different. This is based on our own struggles, the struggles of sisters, family members, friends, clients and also watching my beautiful sister reach breaking point and become very unwell. We’re not here to blame, to shame, to point fingers. It isn’t working and it doesn’t work. There is a HUGE divide and the ones impacted most are the children. We’re here to stand beside the parents who feel unheard, emotionally and mentally exhausted and overwhelmed, the children who are misunderstood, and the professionals who are trying their best but don’t have the tools they need and a system is struggling to manage the load too. We’re here to bridge the gap. To be the emotional support that so many families are crying out for. To provide solutions, support and real life strategies. The kind that sees the child and the parent. The kind that understands behaviour is communication. The kind that helps people feel less alone . It’s big, the vision is huge. We have the data, we have the solutions, we have the passion but most importantly the understanding. The Growth Mind Project® CIC is here to support, empower, educate.
