After years of providing cannabis consulting services, Co-Founders Kaelan Castetter and Ashley Picillo recognized the critical need for compliance support in cannabis — as well as the high costs of receiving meaningful guidance. Growv seeks to change this for operators. Growv is a regulatory compliance platform and knowledge center built to empower cannabis companies, allowing them to grow with confidence. Growv is on a mission to democratize information and present it in ways that are truly useful to both cannabis business owners and employees. Between CEO Kaelan Castetter (CEO/Managing Partner of Castetter Cannabis Group, CCG) and COO Ashley Picillo (CEO of Point Seven Group), Growv's founding team represents more than 20 combined years of experience working in the regulated cannabis space. Growv’s rapidly growing team, composed of compliance gurus, writers, and strategists, lends an additional 40+ combined years of hands-on experience in cannabis, collectively working in more than 40 U.S. states on cannabis-related projects. Growv currently offers compliance consulting, including monthly, fractional compliance, or project-based compliance (such as, "I need help ensuring these labels are correct" or "We just got our retail license - what do I need to do next?"). All services are customizable, allowing Growv to support a broad range of customers with various budgets and needs. Growv offers an accessible membership program to any cannabis business, providing critical, timely compliance knowledge, regulatory updates, and support to those enrolled. The Growv team is also building out a unique, highly searchable Knowledge Center compiling not only regulatory information, but frequently asked questions posed by operators.
