The cornerstone for the proposed for profit ITB Internaional is to create a network of "Vision Cafe's" designed and to be called: Los Charales with office space for youth in their role of iniitative developers. Open 365 days a year with good coffee and food. A threshold for residents to so be involved in the process of whats wanted and needed to solve the neighborhood social justice issue's. Key to the design is 20% of the profits for a Gang For Good! The idea of laying new track for youth now on a track to but jail and prison...with us a track as natural leaders for good. Key strategy are use of Service Learning, and mentoring. Unlike other such companies our vision is to but build on that to which now exists.
