About The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership Pty
The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership (GECL) was founded in response to a growing global call for Ethical leadership, ethical decision-making, and meaningful cultural change across all levels of society and industry. Our mission is simple but bold: to build a global community of individuals committed to leading with authenticity, courage, and care. The Guild exists to uplift and equip people, regardless of industry, role, or background, with the knowledge and conviction to lead ethically and influence culture for the better. Our signature course, Transforming Leadership & Culture, was designed specifically for anyone, at any stage of their career, who wants to understand how values-based leadership can reshape organisations and societies. It blends practical tools with deep ethical insight, making it a unique foundation for transformational leadership development. Guild membership is by invitation only and extended upon completion of a GECL-recognised qualification. Becoming a member is not just a badge, it’s a commitment. Our members are bound by a shared cultural charter and a personal pledge to uphold the highest standards of ethical leadership and decision-making. At the heart of the Guild is our belief in Altruism, Respect, Care, and Authenticity. These values inform every aspect of our cultural framework, from leadership and governance to risk and compliance, to how we interact with people and shape policies. We embrace diversity, honour individual identities, and work tirelessly to foster cultures where fairness, transparency, and equity are not just ideals, but daily realities. We exist to shape a world where ethical leadership is not the exception, but the expectation.
