Housing & Social Care Navigation: Supporting housing benefit claims, social care assessments, safeguarding, and ensuring secure living arrangements. Education & Community Engagement: Offering English language classes, career guidance, mentoring, and hosting intergenerational community events to promote integration and social cohesion.
