About The Gut Intuition
Health is not just diet and exercise our aim as a business is to ensure that people understand that there is a mind and body connection. What goes on in our brains can and does affect our bodies and visa versa - which leads me to explain why we are focusing on the Gut. The gut is responsible for about 75% of our immune system and known as our second brain, whilst the gut is it in good working order then it operates independently. However, when it is not in good working order it start to affect all other systems for example brain, cells, cortisol (stress hormone), immune system, thyroid and insulin.
