The Gut Stuff exists to empower gut health in everyone. make no mistake, for all the squidgy pink and quirky puns, we are deadly serious about educating the world about the importance of gut health. this is serious sh*t, but with a serious sense of fun. think the Reith Lecture delivered by Peter Kay. because we’re talking to everyone here – not just the elite. we could easily disappear in a vast petri dish of scientific data. there is plenty of it on the subject, but we’d rather shock the people we’re talking to. shock them into realising how important it is for them to learn the truth about their gut. and also how easy it is for them to do something about it. we’re never going to engage with and educate the masses by hitting them repeatedly over the head with a hefty scientific text book. gut grief, no. we need to keep their attention. keep them smiling. even if their gut is telling them otherwise. your guts are intrinsically funny. they’re all about farting and poo. so use puns if you want, although sparingly. tell gags. entertain them. but above all, educate and empower them. because like we said, this is some serious sh*t. be bold. be brave, and let the gut times roll.
