The Hair Connoisseur's Founder and Server Tamara has been serving fabulous women who enjoy self care and are self possessed. Tamara began her career in Manhattan, New York since 1999 and worked at prestigious salon Warren Tricomi on Fifth Avenue for quite some time. Owners Joel and Edward were so impressed with her skills she was asked and accepted an offer to travel to South America to lead their sister salon at the time at Carenage Bay Resort for an entire month. Ms. Taylor so impressed golfers and their families with her skills in hair cutting and color that profits experienced within that month were incomparable. She has also worked on Verizon Brand Campaign which was featured in Essence Magazine as well as her work has appeared on Regis and Kelly, Women’s Wear Fashion Magazine and The New York Times just to name a few Publications. Ms Roberta Flack counts her skills as the best weave expert she has had in over 20 years. She has also had the pleasure of serving Dr. Maya Angelou and so many other Amazing Women at the Top of their fields. She currently serves in Columbia, Maryland for 15 years and counting and so many of her clients count on her salon space as an oasis and a safe haven. Services include hair weaving and extensions, relaxers and texturizes, colors and hilights with customized features, Brazillian blowouts and Japanese Hair straightening, beautiful short hair cuts and wrap styles, scalp treatments and hair protein hair care systems, pressing and trims as well as beautiful layers for movement and body on hair extensions, natural or relaxed hair and all hair textures. Excellent gift in creating styles to combat thinning based in medical conditions. Tamara is able to assist in all hair accessories such as wig placements for cancer survivors as well for adornment.
