The HANG NYC exists to support and encourage artists in NYC socially, professionally and spiritually. SOCIALLY New York City is buzzing with 8 million people, and even so it can be an incredibly lonely place. At THE HANG we offer community for artists in the city, and friendships that not only make them happy, but help them strive after holiness. One of the goals of THE HANG is for artists to find like-minded friends, and then see them in the audition room or rehearsal! PROFESSIONALLY We offer professional development opportunities for artists who are apart of The Hang that include free dance classes, vocal workshops, audition masterclasses, and more from valued industry professionals! We want to see our people improve their skills and book professional jobs. All for the Glory of God! SPIRITUALLY Our goal is to introduce our people to Jesus and see them grow in their love and devotion to Christ. We host Bible Study twice a month where we open the Word and have honest discussions to help them deepen their Faith and challenge their walk with the Lord. We want to see passive Christians become passionate Christ followers on fire for God.
