About The Happy Birthday Project

We believe every child deserves to feel special and celebrated on their birthday. Our mission is to bring joy to the lives of children and families facing adverse circumstances through the celebration of birthdays, holidays, and other special life events. We deliver custom created birthday party packs that include all the decorations, supplies and goodies needed to throw a simple yet meaningful birthday party, as well as a new gift for the birthday child. We also create special birthday bags for mothers living in local shelters. Families are referred to our program through local shelters, social workers and agencies. To date over 5000 birthdays have been provided to children who would have otherwise gone without a special celebration. Our goal is to continue to provide a little magic & love to children who are referred to our organization by local social agencies.
