About The HBCU Society
WHAT IS THE HBCU SOCIETY? The HBCU Society is an invitation based membership society comprised of a select group of individuals who attended Historically Black Colleges and Universities. WHAT IS THE LONG TERM VISION FOR THE SOCIETY? The Society facilitates the growth of one united membership body where our combined Influence, Impact and Power expands by organizing our actions, focusing our financial resources, and pooling our combined relationship capital to help each other. Our intent is to ensure that ALL Society members thrive financially by increasing the velocity and scale of their successes in their respective careers and entrepreneurial pursuits. When financial stability, a strong personal track record, and highly influential people are the norm amongst a group’s membership body, a powerful platform to make an impact in our communities, our cities, and beyond is created. WHAT IS THE MISSION OF THE SOCIETY FOR ITS MEMBERS? The Society has four primary objectives: 1. Identify, highlight and connect dynamic HBCU graduates across the nation with each other to expedite our personal and professional growth inside of one cohesive membership body 2. Provide intriguing and engaging social environments where high value, trusted relationships between members develop and grow 3. Fund scholarships for students attending HBCUs 4. Provide HBCUs with capital they need to thrive, innovate and grow
