About The Healing Journey
The Healing Journey is a place for all ages to find support for healing and well being in daily life. Gentle, effective manual therapies are offered by highly skilled therapists in CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure, Lymph Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, and BodyTalk. Another important component for maintaining and improving our health is strength training. This is offered in one-on-one sessions of 1/2 hour, twice a week in the SuperSlow style. We have brought in the inner focus that also calms the mind and makes it very efficient and effective, and we call it Zen Strength. Regular class with fabulous instructors are offered in Kundalini Yoga, Feldenkrais Movement, TAi Chi and meditation.
