As a child, I was intuitive and connected with a compassion for animals and humans that at times scarred my sensitive being. Walking a numerology path of a Master Number 11 there have been challenges and many levels of deep growth as I have learned to surrender and heal from pain, inflicted by others, or created from my own choices. I truly learnt deep understanding of how unresolved emotion, mental & emotional stress presents as dis-ease and imbalance in the body. Learning modalities that help me to treat in a holistic way was very important to me, to reach people that may not yet be aware of the interconnection of the mind, body and spirit. Sometimes we need to speak, but mostly we need to feel. When we are in pain we do just about anything to avoid feeling. We numb with alcohol, drugs, food, cutting or we may create control mechanisms within which we feel some level of safety, although these strategies are never usually supportive of our health & wellbeing. We may focus on others to help, rescue and fix them whilst denying our own needs… avoiding our own needs. We may operate from patterns of blame whilst not being able to have self responsibility or take accountability for what we do or say, or how we treat others. It takes courage to heal. Being supported in a nurturing and non-judgemental space is my wish for you while you traverse your healing journey back to your true self. Releasing conditions, silencing the inner critic and judge and freeing yourself from belief constraints that impoverish your self esteem and self worth. You are enough as you are and you have all you need within you and together, we can tap in to that and bring you home. From my heart space to yours… Jayne
