At The Healix Centre, we provide evidence-based psychological treatment delivered by experienced trauma-therapists. We take a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the mind-body connection and integrating Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy with a parts-based approach. This combination allows us to support a deeper level of healing - empowering you to live a more fulfilled and authentic life. Our name reflects our core philosophy of healing the inner matrix. “Healix” is inspired by the idea of restoring the complex system inside us that makes up who we are - what we call our inner matrix. We view our inner matrix as a dynamic network of different parts and we believe that true healing from trauma involves understanding these parts and supporting them to collaborate and integrate within the wider system.
