A health coach helps you to understand that diagnosis and supports you in implementing that plan. Or maybe you just feel like you’re not living your healthiest life. A coach can help you identify what changes you want to make and the underlying motivation for them. With goals established, your coach then guides you in achieving them. Health coaching looks at the whole person: your job, your relationships, your environment, your culture, your mindset! With an understanding of the whole you, we can develop strategies together that will get you on a healthier path to making changes that you can maintain long-term. In-depth 1-hour initial assessment, either in person or, by video Weekly check-in calls/video chats to track progress and change course as needed Daily accountability through unlimited text message support Pay by the month (3-month initial engagement recommended to get the most out of your coaching experience)
