We work tirelessly to ensure our food meets and exceeds all current UK nutritional guidelines as set out by leading bodies such as the BDA (The British Dietetic Association) and SACN (The Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition). We employ an in-house dietician who is on hand to make sure our dishes taste great AND deliver optimal nutritional value across a range of dietary requirements. Additionally, all our meals are blast-frozen within an hour of cooking to make sure they retain as much of the good stuff as possible. All of our meals are available in multi portions specialising in children’s dietary needs and also patient feeding across a wide spectrum including care of the elderly, this is also the perfect solution for staff and visitor catering in canteens, such as hospitals It enables your kitchen staff to creatively serve restaurant-quality meals, with simplified stock and supplier management. The approach guarantees high-quality food, but with less waste, minimal fuss and significant labour and cost savings.
