About The Healthy Homes Project
The impact of the home environment on health and wellbeing is now widely recognised - prompting our ‘Healthy Homes’ initiative. This is a complex, multi stakeholder task where the crux of the challenge focusses on the how to. We have created a diverse stakeholder collaborative working with selected local community partners. Their role is to develop a working definition what a Healthy Home actually is. Then subsequently to create a comprehensive Blueprint for an Operating Model to make implementation possible. Success will be evident through greater community satisfaction that homes are not only safe, comfortable and affordable but also contribute to their overall health and wellbeing.
