The physical transformation from a working farm to a leading Destination Spa included an indoor pool, an underground tunnel from the Manor to the Spa Barn, 32 acres of woodland and a 3 acre man-made lake. The Heartland Spa is only 90 miles south of Chicago. The Heartland approach provides an unpretentious and nurturing environment with programs for small groups of up to 32 guests who share a common health objective. Guests are provided the opportunity to learn, experience, and utilize the most current information available regarding fitness, nutrition, and stress management. The Heartland Spa's 2:1 staff to guest ratio ensures each guest will have the help to attain their individual goals.
