About The HeartWell Institute
Fostering collective healing, one person at a time. The HeartWell Institute is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, non-denominational, educational retreat center accredited to offer CEUs to psychologists, licensed mental health and social workers, and educators. At our peaceful urban center, we curate programs and retreats designed to foster mindfulness, stress relief, and self-compassion and connect inspiring teachers and leaders with aspiring students. We design and implement capacity-building programs that promote cultural and racial literacy as instrumental for the pursuit of collective healing. We invite you to celebrate your peace, happiness, health, and community at HeartWell. Our mission is to foster collective healing through stress-reduction programs, mindfulness classes, and contemplative practices. We have a two-fold approach; first, we focus on building resilience for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those underrepresented in our society by breaking down barriers of access to mental health, wellness, and education. Second, we are committed to supporting the health and wellness of mental health providers, educators, and our whole community.
