About The Hepatitis C Mentor and Support Group
Hepatitis C Mentor and Support Group’s mission is to empower individuals and communities to manage their own health. We provide education and supportive services for anyone affected by Hepatitis C and/or living with both HCV and HIV. We are dedicated to eliminating Hepatitis C and addressing healthcare inequities through partnerships with community-based organizations, syringe exchange programs, clinics, and hospitals. To meet the organization’s goal, the Hepatitis C Support Group Assistance Program was founded to provide resources and services nationwide to hospitals, clinics, other organizations, including people who are former or current drug users, wanting to establish or run hepatitis C, and living with both HCV & HIV, patient support groups we call, "The Circle". These services are provided free of charge.
