Husband and wife owners Michael & Alycia Dattilo are eager to elevate and transform the handyman industry by offering clients reliable quality service and care during every step of the process. Michael is highly skilled and experienced in his craft. Growing up in a family of carpenters and general contractors, Michael gained generational knowledge in the field at a young age. He went on to attend Northeast Metro Tech Vocational School where he studied carpentry, and has acquired a diversified background from his involvement in carpentry, maintenance, and project management roles over the past 17 years. Michael is an expert in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including finish carpentry, deck repairs, tile work, furniture assembly, and more. Michael's workmanship and customer service radiates throughout his projects to provide clients with high quality and long-lasting results. While Michael is the one to greet you on site, Alycia is the face behind the back-end operations. A seasoned business professional with over ten years of experience in finance, billing, HR, data analysis, reporting, process improvement and project management, Alycia strives to creatively innovate and improve operations. As a young girl she enjoyed solving puzzle books and playing Connect Four, always trying to foresee and plan for the next move of her opponent. Later in life and in work, this passion translated into her love to turn complex data into meaningful stories, drive to uncover faults and problem areas, desire to find resolutions, and advocacy for continuous improvement. Alycia received both her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master's Degree in Business Administration from UMass Amherst. Together, Michael & Alycia have built the foundation for ensuring clients are completely satisfied and receive a remarkable experience from start to finish!
