The Hillview Group is a Real Estate Firm based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are focused on building value through commercial real estate assets nationally. We develop and manage office, office flex, and multifamily assets. We also provide full-service property management, in addition to leasing and sales. The property management division has extensive experience in dealing with government agencies such as the General Services Administration (GSA), local governments and state governments with their strict regulatory processes. In addition, Hillview Group’s property management experience includes rehab of multifamily properties, build outs within commercial office space, and large construction management projects. The investment division is focused on acquiring value add assets that are either under-capitalized, under-valued or have a lack of proper management.Hillview Group’s founder and Executive Managing Director is Paul D. Hansen. He has also been a managing member of multiple investment properties, as well as a limited partner in a large regional commercial property portfolio located in part in Hampton Roads, Virginia. In addition, Paul served in the managing member role with multifamily properties located throughout the East Coast
