Each client has their own Care Manager who helps ensure safety, comfort and client satisfaction. Representatives are available (7) days a week to respond to questions or implement changes in service. Our hiring practices are very selective because making the right match is important. As a state-licensed agency, it is required that all of our caregivers are certified, bonded and insured (including Worker's Compensation). These quality assurance measures allow us to provide excellent care to our clients with no added liability.
