About The Hope Concept Wellness Center
The Hope Concept is to create opportunities for people to claim personal responsibility through education, advocacy, and peer support. We are Texas' first peer led, consumer driven whole health and wellness center providing adult Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) for adult populations, peer support services, peer support activities, support groups, system navigation and an evening Warm Line.
