The Horse Institute's dynamic equine-based experiential coaching programs* combine proven management methodologies with an innovative teaching approach called Equine Assisted Learning. EAL programs take employees away from "business as usual" and empower them to recognize and optimize their strengths with impressive results. Now in our 14th year, The Horse Institute introduces open enrollment to our flagship professional development programs: Emerging Leaders Development -- Leadership competencies including delegation, Emotional Intelligence, influencing without authority, managing difficult conversations, giving feedback, inspiring and motivating. Next-Level Communication Skills -- Engagement competencies including defining objectives and audience needs, organizing content for clarity and convincingness, making a connection (one-on-one, small group, large audience) and managing Q&A (especially challenges). These programs allow participants to interact and network with peers from other industries who face similar challenges. To ensure quality engagement, programs are limited to 12 participants and last two-and-a-half days. The Horse Institute continues to offer Team Building Custom Workshops, scheduled upon request and crafted to meet your group's specific needs and desired business outcomes -- including aligning goals, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, strengths-based problem solving, establishing productive group dynamics, breaking down silos, trust and bonding.
