Established in 1987, The Houston Group’s sole line of business is operating as a full service commercial mortgage banking company, specialized in the financing of income producing properties. The bulk of our loan production is fixed rate permanent loans for insurance companies, pension funds, banks, government sponsored enterprises and private lenders.
