The HR Community is a community build for HR Professionals, by HR Professionals! I have spent years working hard to build CYB Human Resources! I realized that I would be nowhere without the opportunity to learn from the best. When I was an HR Assistant, I sat in meetings I had NO business being in (LOL,) I watched conversations, hiring, terminations, etc. There is NOTHING like learning and being involved, in my opinion, this real-life experience you just can't get that from a book! How did I build CYB? By learning from the best! I have soaked up every opportunity to learn from other HR experts, laughing, crying, sharing stories, etc. I have always wanted to provide a safe and fun space for all HR professionals..and it is happening, here we are 😊 My vision for this community has always been to create a vibrant and inclusive community for HR professionals of all levels, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning thrive. We aspire to be the go-to platform that empowers HR professionals to connect, share knowledge, and grow together. In our community, members will find a supportive environment that fosters networking opportunities, encourages meaningful discussions on industry trends and best practices, and provides access to resources and tools to enhance professional development.
