The Humble Hustle Company, Inc. is committed to empowering black youth and fostering connections within diverse communities. Since our founding in 2016, our mission has been to create innovative and inclusive spaces that inspire hope and promote giving. At the heart of our organization are three primary programs: Humble Hikes, PRETTY Humble, and The Collective. Humble Hikes serves as a transformative program for participants, expanding their horizons in the great outdoors. Through PRETTY Humble, we focus on the cultivation and development of young black women, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary for success. What sets our youth programs apart is our commitment to accessibility. All our offerings are provided free of charge, covering transportation, meals, chaperones, mentors, and necessary supplies. In addition to Humble Hikes and PRETTY Humble, we offer The Collective, a creative and entrepreneurial space unlike any other. Featuring a state-of-the-art Podcast studio, an interactive boardroom, a retail area, a fitness gym, and a co-working space/common room, The Collective provides resources not found elsewhere. Moreover, it serves as a hub for educational workshops targeting both youth and adults in the Roanoke community, offering exposure and empowerment across various domains. Through our joined efforts, we aim to empower black youth, uplift diverse communities, and create a more equitable and inclusive society.
